An ordinary parcel is any postal item that is bigger than 353mm x 250mm x 30mm and/or weighs more than 1kg. The maximum length is 1m and the length plus girth may not be more than 2 m.

The domestic counter-to-counter parcel service (ordinary parcel) is the most economical way to send a parcel. Customers can send parcels from any Post Office counter to any other Post Office counter in the country.

Econoparcel

An Econoparcel is a parcel that is not bigger than 458 x 324 x 100mm and does not weigh more than 1 kg.

We will check that we have your items in stock and issue you with an Invoice inclusive of all relevant costs.

Upon receipt of proof of payment we will send your order as per your Delivery Preferences.

Return / Exchange Policy and Process

We check each product individually before it is shipped and therefore you may only return an item if it was incorrectly supplied.

 Items must be in the condition in which they arrived, be resalable and in its original packaging.  Items that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please call AmaToytoy  and we will supply you with a Return Form and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.

Please complete the Return Form and mail or fax it to numbers supplied on the Return Form.

We will contact you to arrange a return, replacement or refund.

We will only refund your money if we no longer have your item in stock.

Refunds will be effected using the method initially used by the customer.
